Product description
ATURA Fava Bean Protein 85% (FB85) is a highly refined isolate (min 85% protein), produced via a solvent-free alkaline extraction process. It is Non-GMO, vegan, and allergen-free. Recently optimized for a cleaner, more neutral taste and an off-white/cream color. This high-performance ingredient is used for protein fortification in a wide range of applications, including high-protein beverages, snacks, fine tarts, and plant-based ice cream (also available in organic FB80).
