FIBRULINE™ (Inulin) is a range of chicory root soluble fibers (min. 90% inulin). It is sold as a neutral-tasting powder. FIBRULINE™ acts as a fat mimetic in high moisture systems, enhancing mouthfeel and texture. It is used for fibre fortification, and sugar/calorie reduction (2 kcal/g). The XL grade is specifically designed for fat reduction in spreads and yogurts. All grades support digestive health via prebiotic effect

FIBRULINE™ (Inuline) est une gamme de fibres solubles de chicorée (min. 90% d'inuline), vendue sous forme de poudre au goût neutre. Elle agit comme mimétique de la matière grasse en milieu aqueux, améliorant la texture et la sensation en bouche. Elle permet l'enrichissement en fibres et la réduction de sucre/calories (2 kcal/g). La version XL est spécialisée pour la réduction des graisses (tartinables, yaourts). Toutes les versions soutiennent la santé digestive (effet prébiotique).
