FIBRULOSE™ (Oligofructose) is a soluble dietary fiber from chicory root (COSUCRA). It contains a minimum of 88% oligofructose on dry matter. Available in powder (F97) and viscous liquid (LCF), the latter provides moderate sweetness (~40% of sugar). It is an effective sugar/calorie replacer (2 kcal/g), used as a bulking agent, and LCF is an excellent binder for bars and gummies. FIBRULOSE™ supports digestive health and has a proven prebiotic effect.
FIBRULOSE™ (Oligofructose) est une fibre alimentaire soluble issue de la chicorée (COSUCRA), avec min. 88% d'oligofructose. Disponible en poudre (F97) ou liquide (LCF), cette dernière offre un pouvoir sucrant modéré (~40% du sucre). C'est un substitut de sucre/calories efficace (2 kcal/g) et un agent de charge.
