菊粉/Inulin

      菊粉是以菊苣根为原料，去除蛋白，胶质，粗纤维和矿物质，经水提取，离子交换，膜过滤，喷雾干燥等生产工艺得到菊粉。与聚葡萄糖和低聚果糖一样，经常作为可溶性膳食纤维和益生元使用。Inulin is obtained from chicory root by removing protein, colloid, crude fiber and minerals through water extraction, ion exchange, membrane filtration, spray drying and other production processes. As the same as polydextrose and oligofructose, inulin is often used as a soluble dietary fiber and prebiotic.
