Lactosan NCB - Natural Culinary Boster® is available in both vegetarian/Halal certified and non-vegetarian/non Halal certified versions and organic varieties.
They can be used as Taste and Flavour Enhancer to enhance Cheese taste in a variety of food and flavour systems.
Additionally, they can be used as Taste and Flavour Enhancer to substitute or partially substitute for other flavour enhancers without providing the taste of cheese.
Lactosan NCB - Natural Culinary Boosters can enhance herbs and spices and enrich the taste and the flavours of the whole formulation.
Lactosan NCB - Natural Culinary Boosters can also contribute to sodium reduction and masking of off-flavours.
This range of speciality cheese powders can be used as taste enhancer in a variety of food and flavour systems such as ready meals, savoury snacks, biscuits, sauces, dips and dressings.
