Product description
Our Dehydrated Lemon Peel is processed from selected fruits harvested at their peak aromatic ripeness. Through a thermally controlled dehydration process, we preserve a high percentage of natural essential oils (limonene) and maintain its characteristic yellow color. Available in various granule sizes and as a powder. It offers a fresh, clean citrus profile with a powerful organoleptic impact.
Industrial applications: Formulation of high-end teas and infusions, botanicals for distilleries (making gins and liqueurs), culinary spice blends ( lemon pepper , seasonings for fish and poultry), baking, confectionery and dairy products.
