Locust Bean Gum

Product description

Locust bean Gum is a natural compound extracted from the seeds of the carob tree, a tree grown mainly in the Mediterranean area. Used as an additive, locust bean gum has a thickening, emulsifying, stabilizing and gelling function.It is a natural food additive used for both hot and cold processing. This additive is available at a range of viscosities in conventional and organic grade.
