light buttery and honey flavor notes. It is made from the enzymatic treatment
of rice using GMO-free natural enzymes which is filtered and concentrated to
heavy syrup. It is a healthy alternative to refined sugar and is gluten-free,
hypoallergenic. Our brown rice syrup is available from 20DE up to 70DE.
Clarified Rice Syrup:
The Clarified Rice syrup is a colorless syrup that has a clean sweet flavor
with light buttery and honey flavor notes. It is made from the enzymatic
treatment of rice using GMO free natural enzymes which is filtered and
concentrated to heavy syrup. It is a healthy alternative to refined sugar and
is gluten-free, hypoallergenic. Our Clarified Rice Syrup is available from
20DE up to 70DE.
Our Low Sugar Syrup uses a Rice or Tapioca base and serves as a direct
replacement for the traditional glucose syrup. Produced through the
hydrolysis of Rice or Tapioca starch, the syrup has the same great benefits
and taste as traditional glucose syrups without a higher sugar content.
Our range of rice-based syrups is also available in Infant-Safe versions.
This range includes the traditional glucose syrups, maltose syrups, fructose
syrups; and low sugar syrups. These variants are ultra-refined aid digestion
and can be safely consumed by infants.
