This concentrated mix is formulated to bake crisp and crumbly bread, with corn flour and sunflower seeds. Extruded corn makes it even more delicious and unmistakably unique. Mais Party is perfect to surprise with an explosion of taste, crispness, color and joy. It contains live lactic ferments, which gives bread great meltability, excellent structure and unique aroma. This Nucleo® has a 5+5 dosage, that is: 5 kg of Nucleo® + 5 kg of flour.
