Uses: Dairy and vegetable products (drinks, yoghurts, etc.), biscuits, cereal-based products (bars and breakfast foods), sauces, baby food. Its functionalities: Viscosity, coating, crispness, cereal flavour,  desserts and ice cream. Certification: Kosher. Storage conditions: 270 days in drum at <12˚C and 270 days in container at <12˚C. Packaging: Bulk, 1400 kg and 295 kg.
