NewNzyme Bromelain is a plant-derived proteolytic enzyme for protein modification and hydrolysis in food processing, pet food and animal nutrition applications. In meat processing, bromelain is used for tenderization and texture optimization. In pet food and animal nutrition, it can be used in protein hydrolysis processes and specialized ingredient formulations, including enzyme-based pet supplements.
