Nougat

Product description

Praline (nougat) pastes firm for cutting made from roasted hazelnuts or almonds. Hazelnut nougat is a vailable as dark, light, extra light and bitter variant. Additionally we can offer the specialties dark with whole hazelnuts, light with whole hazelnuts, layered hazelnut praline (alternate layers of very light and dark nougat) as well as our almond praline light. All products are used in bakeries, confectioneries, patisseries and the sweet industry.
