NUTRAVA® Citrus Fiber

NUTRAVA® Citrus Fiber is nature-based fiber made from sustainably sourced citrus peels, a byproduct of the juicing industry. Our process allows us to convert citrus peel into a citrus fiber that is suitable for a broad range of foods and beverages, including baked goods, condiments, dressings, soups, fruit-flavored drinks, dairy-based ambient drinking yogurts, and plant-based spoonable and drinking yogurts. Typical content of dietary fiber is a minimum of 80% with an approximately balanced amount of soluble and insoluble fiber.
