Product description

Oligowell-ML5800 is a next-generation maltooligosaccharide-based ingredient developed for zero-sugar food and beverage applications. With a sugar content of less than 0.5% (dry basis), it enables zero sugar claims while providing the rich body and mouthfeel that are often lost when sugar is removed.

Unlike conventional sugar replacers, Oligowell-ML5800 offers excellent acid and heat stability, maintaining its physical properties and sensory quality even during high-temperature processing or in acidic formulations. It also has low hygroscopicity, making it highly suitable for spray-drying and powder applications with improved storage stability
