Product description

Our state-of-the-art 541m2 packing hall has three automated and semi-automated packing lines for tablets, capsules, and softgels. A 4-head counting machine counts specific quantities of tablets, capsules, or other solid dose products to fill bottles/packages.

We have a powder packing machine for loose powders that can handle large-volume pouches and bulk containers. It fills semi-automatically.

Our liquid packaging machine handles liquid packaging and is configurable to support PET and glass bottles of various sizes.

Finally, an inline batcher automatically collates and batches filled/packaged products into larger boxes/cases for distribution.
