Product description
Phospholipase is a liquid phospholipase product that catalyzes acyl groups on phospholipid glycerol molecules.
The product produced by specific strain fermentation using advanced purification technology.
It mainly used in vegetable oil phospholipid decomposition, enzymatic deep degumming and lecithin modification.
Oil yield gain increases by reducing the loss of neutral oil due to excess alkali. And also,by the reduction on the losses of oil bound to the soaps,
during the separation process. By enzymatic degumming, the oil yield is increased by 0.5%-1.4%.
Enzymatic hydrolysis forms lysophosphatide, which weakens
the emulsibility of the glue and contains less oil, so the volume of the glue decreases and the protein content increases. In addition, after enzymatic degumming, the phosphorus content is at a very low level, and there is no need for excessive alkali refining, which reduces the generation of soap feet.
Enzymatic degumming oil contains lower levels of phosphorus and more nutrients which will be lost through excessive alkali refining, such as sterols and vitamin E.
