Under VITACEL® KF Potato Fiber, JRS offers a wide range of potato fibers in different particle sizes. VITACEL® Potato Fiber is obtained from potatoes grown in Europe. After most of the starch has been removed, the valuable raw material is used holistically and sustainably. The unique natural combination of different dietary fibers and a convincing cost-benefit ratio allow for versatile applications, such as fiber enrichment and fat reduction in meat products, without compromising the texture expected by the customers. The portfolio of VITACEL® Potato Fiber is characterized by defined and standardized qualities that enable easy and automated process control.
