Pressed Oat

Pressed oat are whole oat groats that have been gently steamed and lightly flattened. This process preserves much of the oat’s natural structure while enhancing cooking speed and texture, making them ideal for inclusion in baked goods, where they provide visible kernels and a pleasant, distinctive oat flavor.
Cleaned, dehulled, heat-treated and gently pressed whole oat kernels. The thick flake gives a coarse texture and mild taste to end products.

Applications: Used for baking, breakfast cereals, muesli and granola.
