Grassa is transforming agriculture by unlocking the untapped potential of grass — the world’s largest protein crop. Using natural processes such as pressing, heating, and filtering, we convert grass (and in the future, other underused leafy materials) into high-quality, sustainable and affordable ingredients — for animal nutrition today, and human consumption tomorrow. The processed grass is highly digestible for cows. Its proteins are nutritionally complete and can be used in a wide range of applications, including as a sustainable alternative to imported soy. The prebiotic sugars act as dietary fibers for both animals and humans, while the remaining minerals make an excellent plant-based fertilizer.
