The processed grass is highly digestible for cows. Its proteins are nutritionally complete and can be used in a wide range of applications, including as a sustainable alternative to imported soy. The prebiotic sugars act as dietary fibers for both animals and humans, while the remaining minerals make an excellent plant-based fertilizer.
