Product description
DS-PG300 is a deamidase produced by submerged liquid fermentation, extraction, and re-finement from Chryseobacterium proteolyticum which is independently selected and bred by Dongsheng(Patent No. CN107325977).
DS-PG300 can catalyze the deamidation of glutamine residues of various proteins or peptides, which enhances the functional properties of the protein. lt improves the dispersibility, emulsifying property, and solubility of proteins without hydrolyzing the proteins, which significantly increases the stability of protein beverages.
