TG-K improves the natural elasticity of Kamaboko (boiled fish paste) and allows the development of kamaboko products with desired textural qualities. Since TG-K acts directly on the protein molecules in fish. It does not alter the natural taste and flavor of the ingredients. Storage condition: Stored in a cool and dry place away from the direct sun light. Better to stored under 10℃. Avoid to be exposed to the air.
