Company description

UFAB and its mother company Le Gouessant group have been heavily involved in crop production and processing for more than 50 years. 4000 French farmers including 200 organic certified ones have chosen to entrust us with their different crops which we handle, store and process.

We produce Protein Concentrates, Functional Starches and Fibers out of Peas and Faba Beans. We offer a large range of extruded ingredients : Texturized Vegetable Proteins, Crispy balls and snacks, Bread crumbs, Functional flours.

Our natural ingredients are manufactured without any chemicals ! And because we only require dry processing to concentrate the protein, starch and fiber, our ingredients have a low carbon footprint.
