Vitifresh Food Protection

Vitifresh™ is a natural grape-derived antioxidant solution developed to help protect food quality and stability across multiple applications. Obtained from upcycled wine-industry co-products, it provides a plant-based alternative to conventional antioxidants while supporting cleaner-label formulations. Its grape polyphenols help protect against oxidative deterioration, while selected formulations can also contribute to protection against microorganisms such as Bacillus cereus and Listeria monocytogenes. Vitifresh™ is produced using water-based extraction and can be used across applications including processed meats, sauces, bakery, beverages, dairy and plant-based products.
