we transform organic byproducts into valuable natural ingredients that promote
healthier living. Our extensive range includes Hytolive, an olive extract
standardized in Hydroxytyrosol, and Vintera, a grape extract standardized in
proanthocyanidins, monomers, and anthocyanins.
With a commitment to
sustainability, we cater to various industries such as nutraceuticals, food,
beverages, animal nutrition, and wine-making. Our portfolio boasts a wide
selection of polyphenols, natural color
from grape, natural tartaric acid,wine concentrate, grapeseed oil, and alcohols.
At Alvinesa, we ensure
a sustainable, traceable, and waste-prevention supply chain, sourcing only the
highest quality raw materials. With three decades of technical expertise, we
manufacture ingredients to unsurpassed quality standards at our low carbon
footprint, state-of-the-art facility. Our extraction process utilizes only
water, preserving the natural goodness of our ingredients. Moreover, 95% of our
energy is self-produced from renewable sources, including our biomass and solar
electric facilities in Ciudad Real, Spain.
