Sotexpro, French family-owned company, processes Yellow pea, faba beans and soya into nutritional and functional ingredients for food industries. Our range of ingredients, based on pulses milling and extrusion cooking expertises, are simple to use and easy to add to formulations: pea fibres, crude flours, precooked and pregelatinased flours, textured proteins from pea and soya, pea flakes, pea semolina, faba bean protein concentrate. All our ingredients are free from gluten and have clean labelling.
