Gelphorm® DHA-S 70 is a novel, patented DHA double emulsion system in liquid form. It is vegan, sourced from highly refined algal DHA oil, and contains 70 mg active DHA/g. The encapsulation protects DHA, enabling its use in UHT, dairy, and plant-based beverage applications. It offers an 18-month ambient shelf life (10-25ºC). Applications include ready-to-drink UHT products, fortified up to 125 mg DHA/serve. (Contains soy allergen).
Gelphorm® DHA-S 70 est une nouvelle émulsion double brevetée pour l'encapsulation de DHA sous forme liquide. D'origine algale (végan), il contient environ 70 mg de DHA actif par gramme. Le système protège le DHA pour une utilisation dans les boissons UHT, laitières ou végétales, résistant à l'homogénéisation. Il a une durée de conservation de 18 mois à température ambiante. Applications : boissons UHT prêtes à boire, pouvant être enrichies jusqu'à 125 mg de DHA/portion. (Contient du soja comme allergène).
