Glatt Continuous Fluid Bed Coater GFC 16

New module for all continuous fluid bed coating and layering processes on pilot scale. The new concept includes measures for optimum product handling, uniform liquid distribution, gentle raw material infeed and product discharge. The control system and instrumentation allow meaningful process monitoring.
The module is connected to the existing pilot plant and uses its media supply, control system, peripheral assemblies such as dosing and material handling as well as safety technology.
This pilot plant is a universally applicable test plant for drying, agglomeration, spray granulation and simple coating processes in continuous operation focussed on the widest possible range of applications, maximum flexibility and scalability. Processes for continuous coating from aqueous systems, organic solvents or melts are now implemented.
