    Overview

    The solubility of collagen hydrolysate powders was evaluated using two production methods: spray agglomeration and spray granulation in a continuously operating multi-chamber fluidised bed system from Glatt, and spray drying in a conventional spray tower. Both methods were compared to assess their impact on the solubility of the same raw material.
