KMC Potato Flakes have excellent water binding properties at low temperatures and are available in a range of different particle sizes, allowing you to vary the hydration time and water binding properties to suit your needs. They come with and without added colors, and special additive-free versions as clean label alternatives are also available.

Potato flakes can be used on many different applications from baked and extruded snack products to mashed potatoes, croquettes and other similar potato products. It can also function as a binding and thickening agent in bakery products, dry mixes, baby food, and minced meat.

KMC Potato Flakes can be combined with a wide range of other KMC potato-based starch ingredients, or other specialist ingredients, to tailor the perfect solution to your requirements.
