Product description

Our nougat chips and nougat powder are produced by grinding sheets of hard nougat. We offer a choice of different nougat recipes and particle sizes to suit a wide range of applications, including ice cream, chocolate, bakery products, toppings and inclusions.
Our range includes white nougat chips, inspired by the traditional Montélimar nougat recipe, as well as black nougat chips. Standard, organic and vegan options are available.
We also produce a smooth and creamy nougat cream by finely grinding hard nougat chips.
