Oleafresh® is a natural olive fruit extract formulated to enhance the preservation of various foods, including vegan/vegetarian products, white sauces, hummus, among others.

It protects foods from oxidative processes and various pathogenic microorganisms without affecting sensory parameters or texture.

Oleafresh® offers a dual function: antimicrobial and antioxidant activity. Antimicrobial preservatives eliminate and prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi, while antioxidants prevent food oxidation.
