Product description
Our Dehydrated Orange Peel is made from selected citrus fruits at their peak ripeness, guaranteeing excellent retention of their natural orange color and an intense, sweet aroma. The temperature-controlled dehydration process ensures maximum preservation of their volatile essential oils (limonene). We supply this ingredient in various granule sizes and as a powder for seamless industrial integration.
Industrial applications: Formulation of teas, herbal infusions and infusions, beverage industry and distilleries (liqueurs, gins), craft and industrial beer sector ( Witbier and seasonal styles), spice blends, baking and confectionery.
