Our Organic Dehydrated Lemon & Orange Peel comes exclusively from certified organic citrus groves, cultivated without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. Through low-temperature dehydration in processing lines with strict allergen and cross-contamination controls, we preserve the fruit's organoleptic properties intact: a natural color and a high content of volatile essential oils that provides an exceptionally fresh and pure citrus profile.
Industrial applications: Formulation of organic certified teas, herbal infusions and blends of spices and Clean Label ingredients , high-end industrial pastry, confectionery and artisanal organic distilleries.
