Palsgaard® PGMS 2211 can be used as emulsifier for toppings, cake margarines and cake shortenings and for cake systems such as cake gels.Typically, Palsgaard® PGMS 2211 is used in combination with Palsgaard's distilled monoglycerides and other emulsifiers.
