    We designed three cornerstone application platforms: Healthy Start of the Day, Center of the Plate, Healthy Snacks. These platforms address key occasions and aim to create added value for our customers through collaborative innovation:
    • Healthy Start of the Day: plant-based yogurts designed based on Sprau® germinated bean flour are packed with easy to digest nutrients. 
    • Center of the Plate: plant-based patties based on Sprau® faba bean flour, delivering a healthy balance of nutrients as well tempeh that is crafted by fermenting organic Sprau® faba split beans with Rhizopus Oligosporus. 
    • Healthy Snacks: plant-based hummus, crafted from Sprau® germinated split beans is a healthy small meal with a rich taste and silky texture that can be consumed as an appetizer, or as a dip.
