Ultralac® Lact 99 edible grade is used in several applications, e. g. Infant- and clinical nutrition, confectionary or chocolates. It has nearly no impact on your nutritional composition because of its purity and absence of amino acids, nearly all vitamins and low content of elements and trace elements. Ultralac® Lact 99 edible grade guarantees a very good process handling due to excellent flowability and solubility.
