Ultralac® Prot 35
Ultralac® Prot 35 is used in several applications, e. g. Infant- and clinical nutrition, bakery, or dairy products like yogurts. Standardization of product texture and protein content is another field of application. It is suitable as a replacement for whole milk, skimmed milk and other dairy ingredients and provides a good process performance due to direct use without pre-processing.
