Ultralac® Prot 35 Concentrate
Ultralac® Prot 35 Concentrate is used in different applications e. g. Infant nutrition and dairy products like yogurts and desserts. It's a high source of Arginine, Cysteine, Histidine and Tyrosine that makes it perfect for clinical food. This concentrate has a great water and fat binding ability and a low tendency to coagulation in the presence of organic and inorganic acids. Last but not least the use of Ultralac® Prot 35 Concentrate contributes to reducing the carbon footprint.
