BAKEFIX’FLEX is a functional agar-based stabilization system for cold- and heat-processable glazes and spray glazes. Depending on the application, the system can be used cold or heated before application, delivering uniform, transparent coatings with stable, cut-resistant texture and an attractive glossy appearance.

Thanks to its versatile processing options, BAKEFIX’FLEX covers a wide range of applications — from cake and torte glazes to fine spray applications — helping manufacturers reduce storage complexity, recipe variations, and production costs.
