FermiPro® Taste
Product description
FermiPro® Taste is a miso-fermented ingredient made from faba bean protein and oats. It delivers umami and kokumi richness, enhances salt perception and masks bitterness, while adding protein (50%) and fibre (16%). Use at 1.5–3.5% in soups, sauces, ready meals, seasonings and plant-based foods to reduce or replace MSG, yeast extract, I+G and HVP. Certified organic and gluten-free, non-GMO, no declarable allergens. Clean label: "Fermented Faba Protein" (faba beans, oats, sea salt).
