Product description

A cochineal-derived red/pink colorant preparation developed by Kobe Chemical for kamaboko (Japanese fish cake) and surimi-based products. Delivers a vivid, beautiful pink color similar to traditional synthetic Red No.3, but with virtually no color bleeding into uncolored areas. Exhibits excellent heat and light stability. Supplied as a light red powder, dissolved in hot water (≥60°C) before use.
