Ultranor™ Protein Fractions deliver high purity, precision and digestibility for infant, early-life, clinical and medical nutrition. Built around specialised beta-casein and kappa-casein, they offer consistent composition and control for sensitive formulations.

A clean, neutral flavour supports seamless use in infant formula, growing-up milks, oral nutritional supplements and medical foods. The targeted protein profile supports gentle digestion and nutritional uptake. Controlled wet and dry processing helps ensure safety, regulatory compliance and batch-to-batch consistency.

Sourced from grass-fed Irish cows, the range offers full traceability, regenerative farming credentials and Non-GMO Project verification. Each batch is tested for nutritional composition, microbiological safety and functional performance.
