Hyprol™ is our specialised range of dairy protein hydrolysates, created through enzymatic hydrolysis that mirrors natural digestion. Proteins are gently broken into smaller peptides to support digestibility, absorption and solubility. Made using milk from grass-fed Irish cows, the range is Non-GMO Project Verified and fully traceable.

Hyprol™ is designed for drinks, powders and other nutrition formats. It supports good dispersion, solubility and smooth processing, while integrating with flavour systems and common masking strategies. Produced to tight specifications, it delivers reliable performance from batch to batch.

Suitable for infant and early-life nutrition, clinical and medical nutrition, and sports nutrition. Hyprol™ supports sensitive formulations, controlled recipes and fast-dispersing sports products, helping manufacturers move confidently from development to full-scale production.
