DAIRY PROTEINS FOR MODERN NUTRITION
Ultranor™ is Kinisla's dairy protein range for modern nutrition. Made from grass-fed Irish milk, it delivers clean taste, smooth texture and reliable functionality across protein beverages, RTDs, yogurts, desserts, snacks and bars.
Ultranor™ MPI and MPC provide all nine essential amino acids, combining slow-digesting casein with fast-acting whey. Low-lactose options support lactose-free and high-protein formulations. Excellent dispersion, low viscosity and heat stability support UHT and chilled processing. Instantised MPI reconstitutes quickly in cold water, while micellar casein performs reliably under heat.
For protein bars, Ultranor™ TNT solutions help maintain softness at high protein loads. TNT 6000 can represent 20-30% of total protein, while TNT Absolute can provide all required protein. Ultranor™ Beta Kappa supports clinical, infant and specialist nutrition.
