Proteios is designed to formulate plant-based meat and fish analogues with meat-like texture and a good bite, satisfy the most diverse production needs in terms of size, structure and shape, while providing high-quality protein content and also supporting cleaner label formulations from bolognese sauces to burgers, stews, baked goods and snack bars.
