A vegetable carbon (charcoal) black colorant preparation from Kobe Chemical, supplied in liquid form. Water- and oil-dispersible, with excellent stability to both light and heat. Commonly used to achieve natural black coloring in confectionery, noodles, and processed meat/seafood products.
