Product description

VITACEL® Bamboo Fiber is an insoluble dietary fiber consisting of concentrated cellulose and hemicellulose derived from the plant cell walls. Due to its high fiber content, which is not degraded even during food production processes, it is ideally suited as an ingredient for fiber enrichment and energy reduction, thus supporting reformulation of a wide variety of food categories.
