Product description

Lyfe® yeast extracts and flavors are derived from primary grown Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Savor-Lyfe® CA contributes with its umami and kokumi characteristics, typical of mature / hard cheese. The saltiness perception is increased, as well as the duration and overall intensity of the flavors. It gives adds or enhances aged cheese flavor notes. It is vegan suitable, and may be used to enrich meals, cheese and dairy alternatives flavor profiles prepared.
