    Lyfe® yeast extracts and flavors are derived from primary grown Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Savor-Lyfe ® CI gives a natural vegan chicken flavor with intense poultry notes. The result is a brown powder with characteristic cooked and intense chicken flavor notes, which can find application both in animal and plant-based food preparations. This new product is designed to meet the needs of the alternative meat product market, but it’s not limited to it. Because of its rich and distinctive flavor, Savor-Lyfe® CI lends itself exceptionally well to enhancing a wide range of dishes, from soups and snacks to meat or meat alternative dishes.
