An extra-high-protein pea TVP developed for applications requiring a firmer, more pronounced meat-like bite. Its irregular, porous pieces retain their structure after rehydration, offering slightly greater firmness than the 67% version. The darker dry colour becomes lighter upon hydration. Particularly suitable for plant-based and hybrid meat alternatives, burgers, meatballs, sausages, kebabs and structured fillings.
